Our leading experts are presented below.
Gábor Csaba Germán
managing director, certified international tax expert

In 2003, I graduated with a degree in economics from the Budapest University of Economics. From 2001, I assisted the work of the Tax and Financial Control Office’s Tax Department as an intern, then from 2003 I began working as a corporate tax specialist, also at the Central Office.
I have worked in several areas at the tax office, including the Priority Taxpayers Directorate, where I performed transfer pricing expert tasks.
From 2007, I was employed as a management assistant at a tax consultancy firm, then from 2009 I worked as a senior tax expert at Erste Bank. From 2014, I managed the tax and accounting department of the entire banking group as head of the tax and accounting department until 2017, when we established our own company, Adótanácsadó Kft.
In my work, I place great emphasis on self-education, and I also hold qualifications as a certified accountant, IFRS certified accountant, tax advisor and certified international tax advisor.
Given my experience in the financial sector, some of our clients are financial institutions, venture capital funds, real estate funds, fund managers and international multinational companies, and we also work with numerous SMEs and start-ups.
In addition to taxation of financial institutions, our main areas of expertise include international taxation issues, financial due diligence, exploiting the opportunities offered by tax digitalisation, tax planning, tax audit support, and professional assistance for companies undergoing generational change.
I believe that real value comes only from purposeful work, commitment to customers, and quality service. My goal is to provide our clients with useful and understandable solutions that help our partners achieve further business success.
Péter Grátzer

Like many others, I interrupted my electrical engineering studies and switched to computer science. From 2000 to 2012, I worked on fleet tracking projects for energy companies in Hungary, and then from 2012 onwards, I managed MS Dynamics NAV and CRM solutions, mainly for SME clients.
Throughout my career, I have mainly focused on systems developed by Microsoft. In addition to continuous practical development, I have also emphasised theory, so I have passed numerous official examinations for the aforementioned platforms and strive to keep my knowledge up to date.
My current profile is also dual: I am responsible for the turnkey delivery and ongoing support of a Swiss fleet tracking system (since 2015, with approximately 3,500 vehicles), as well as for the design, implementation and support of software products and services delivered to our customers.
My credo and vision for the future have remained unchanged over the past twenty years: I believe that I can best help our clients achieve their goals by providing them with fully customised, “handcrafted” systems that are optimised for their specific processes and offering them ongoing support.
Dr. Szilvia Németh
tax manager, lawyer, tax advisor

I graduated from ELTE Faculty of Law in 2000. In 2003, I obtained a degree in law and economics with a specialisation in management from the Budapest University of Economics and Public Administration. I passed my bar exam in 2005.
After working at a law firm for a year and a half, I started working at the Tax and Financial Control Office, first in the Legal Department of the North Budapest Directorate, then in the Information Department of the Central Office.
My main area of expertise is value added tax, but I also assist our clients with issues relating to corporation tax, duties, EKAER, customs duties, excise duties, retail tax and environmental product fees.
As part of my work in tax law, I provide tax advice, tax audits, professional support for tax audits, assistance with preparing tax returns, preparing applications for conditional tax assessments and applications to be submitted to tax authorities and other specialist authorities, providing information on changes in legislation, and reviewing contracts from a tax law perspective.
I believe and profess that good work can only be done if you love what you do, aim to provide genuine, valuable assistance to your clients, and continuously educate yourself. In addition to studying the relevant literature and related domestic and European case law, this is why I obtained a qualification in tax consultancy.
My articles on tax law are regularly published on the professional portal ado.hu.
