Digital EXT – Automated excise duty data reporting

Does it take a long time to compile excise duty data reports? Is the accounting programme unable to generate the data required for preparing data reports? Not enough tax advisor capacity to complete the data report? If the answer to any of the above questions is yes, then we recommend our Digital EXT application as a solution.

Excise licence holders must keep records of their purchases and events resulting in a decrease in their stock, as well as their daily closing stock, for each site. – and are required to submit data to the NAV in the specified format and content for the month in question by the 12th day of the month following the month in question.

The reporting obligation can be fulfilled by submitting form NAV_J09 and the electronically attached file with the extension “VNY” via the Client Portal.

In collaboration with our company’s tax and IT experts, we have developed a Windows-based application that can be run on multiple computers, which

  • prepares the records required by law from the data provided by the user, and
  • fills in the data report from the register data, so the user only needs to attach it to the NAV_J09 form.

What are the benefits of using our application?

  • We develop our application individually for each customer, so we do not provide a boxed application, but rather exactly what our customers need.
  • Our application does not require any development or connection to management software.
  • The preparation of records and data reporting is significantly accelerated, thereby reducing the time spent by the company’s experts on the programme.
  • Using the application minimises the risk of fines resulting from incorrect completion.
  • We develop applications with fast turnaround times and short delivery deadlines.

If our information has caught your attention, request an online presentation, where our experts will briefly explain the possibilities and advantages of the programme.
